By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
These policies are in place to ensure every client enjoys a smooth, professional experience.
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to the appointment time, but please give notice where possible so I can offer the slot to another client.
Please arrive on time — this helps all appointments run smoothly and on schedule.
If you are running late, please message me to let me know. Appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if the delay affects the next client.
Missed appointments without notice may require a deposit for future bookings.
If you currently have gel or other nail enhancements, please book the correct soak-off option when booking online to allow enough time for safe removal.
Soak-offs are complimentary with Gel or BIAB services only when reapplying my own work.
If you are wearing products applied elsewhere, removal may be charged separately, as some gels — particularly hard gels — can take considerably longer to remove.
Gel polish must be soaked off at every appointment. BIAB can be infilled 2–3 times, after which a full soak-off is required so the nails can be checked and maintained before reapplication.
Please book nail art or special finishes in advance to ensure the correct appointment time is allocated.
Each client receives their own file and buffer set at their first appointment — this is complimentary.
Please bring your personal set with you to every visit.
I’ll happily replace these free of charge when worn out to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
A patch test is required for all tinting and lash services at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid test on file. If no test has been done, the treatment cannot proceed.
Payments are due at the time of your appointment unless stated otherwise.
I don’t usually take deposits; however, a deposit may be required for repeat no-shows or clients who have missed previous appointments without notice.
Any deposits taken are non-refundable but may be transferred with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Please use the side gate for access. The salon is situated at the back of the property in a private, climate-controlled, custom-built room designed for your comfort.
If it’s your first visit, message upon arrival and I’ll come out to meet you. Returning clients can head straight down to the salon.
Please follow the aftercare advice provided for your treatments to ensure lasting results.
I am not responsible for any adverse reactions or results if aftercare instructions or patch testing requirements are not followed.
I like to keep appointments running on time so each client can enjoy their treatment in a calm, private one-to-one setting.
Children and one accompanying guest are welcome if needed, but please be mindful of maintaining the relaxing environment for everyone.
Please also be aware that products and equipment are out in the salon, which may be tempting for young children to touch — for their safety and to protect my workspace, please ensure they are supervised at all times.
If you arrive early, please drop me a quick message — if I’ve finished the previous client early, you may be able to come straight in.
There is also seating available outside the salon if you prefer to wait.
All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for treatment and contact purposes.
Your data will never be shared with third parties.
